It's a McDonald's, so you pretty much know what you are getting. There are a few things that drag this location down. The order versus what I actually end up with in the feedbag when I leave varies pretty frequently. The place needs some major improvements to the building. In-fact, they should probably just bulldoze it and rebuild it like they have done with many of the other ones in the area. The look and feel of the place just doesn't seem very sanitary.

I have visited this location several times, mostly at night after work, and I can NEVER get anything freshly made, even when I specifically ask them to make my fries fresh, and that I don't mind waiting. They promise each time they'll deliver everything fresh, and still-old food. The people at night are friendly, but the food sucks. I thought it was just the night crew, and tried breakfast. The experience was worse. The food was horrible, the workers were painfully rude, and the inside is a complete filthy mess-not to mention, outdated to the 1980's. The lady who handed my coffee to me failed to attach the cup's lid correctly, and spilled my coffee, but refused to fill my 1/2 emptied cup back up. I don't know how this place is still even open.

I find it completely disrespectful to walk into a McDonald's restaurant all of the employees behind the counter are speaking a foreign language laughing and having a good time while customers are standing at the counter waiting to be served. I will not be returning to this McDonald's I guess I'll have to find one that speaks English in America.

Ive had a lot of issues with this McDonalds ever since i moved to Madison Heights, and for some god knows what reason i continue to give them the benefit of the doubt... Over times i have noticed their crews seemed to change, before their food always looked like hell your big mac basically came in pieces! One consistent issue i have noticed with this location is their ridiculous issue with making shakes, every year my family gets 1 round of shamrock shakes to treat ourselves to their 800 calorie drink, but EVERY damn year their either "Out of shamrock shake" OR "their machine is broken" This theory was debunked awhile back when i asked a different location about this issue and that year they apparently had just borrowed the mixture from that other location so what in the actually eff? Stop being lazy its ridiculous your getting paid to be there and make peoples food... (this is why the complaints on minimum wage is just stupid in my eyes) To add on to my slight yearly shake dilemma, the guy controlling the drive thru register was way to quiet idk if he just doesn't know how to talk in a drive thru or what but i run a drive threw where i work and I'm never that quiet! their broken shut down screen doesn't help either cause u don't know if this quiet guy is even getting your order correct!!!! BUT what really ticked me off was when he had to repeat himself He repeated himself with a crappy attitude and it was FAR from appreciated. As for the condition of this store, it always seems sorta dirty like i have definitely seen cleaner! but what i think its really ridiculous is how many people are going to destroy their cars on their dumb pot holes in and out of their parking lot!

I went here on my spring break road trip as a food stop. We ate inside and it was instantly unsure of the place. It is in obvious need of updates, the employees were shouting foreign profanity and once I got my McChicken the bun was totally smushed and torn, once I started eating it smelled extremely off. I also had chicken nuggets which were not bad. I was surprised this place had anybody near it getting food with how poor it was.

Never get the order right, always long lines and stale food. Don't waste you time here until they get rid of every employee and start over

I went to the drive-thru at 9:00pm tonight (Sunday) and I ordered the filet o fish meal. The sandwich was completely stale and hard as a rock. The fries were just okay - they were lukewarm. I sent a message via their website to let them know that I will never go back for more than a coke, since that was the only good part of my meal. PS I'm still hungry...

They gave me the wrong drink order and my McGriddles were stale and cold. I had to wait for the hash browns but they were hot when I got them.

I think I may have been a little hard on our Mc'Ds in Michigan. I went to this one this morning. Everything was hot and looked like the commercial. I ate my breakfast before taking a pic... sorry

We dropped by this place to get a couple frappes, the medium cups were only about 3/4 full, the whip cream and caramel were smeared onto the drink in a very sloppy manner so we took it back in and told them our cups aren't full. They told us that's how the cups are and we don't have to like it. We said we paid for medium frappes and we would like the cups to be full and presentable like at every other McDonald's out there. They kept being rude to us so we asked for our money back. We said we're the customers and we have the right to expect what we paid for without having them be so discourteous to us. They said they "don't give a sh*t" and told us to "get the f*ck out." This was the manager talking. They did give us our money back but they literally threw the money at us like we were some kind of animal and we were causing problems which we weren't, we were as courteous as we can be to people who were that disrespectful and that rude. The place was completely dead at the prime time for dinner (6pm), not even a car going thru drive thru, after our experience today, this isn't a surprise. Don't go here unless you want to be verbally abused and risk getting assaulted.

I frequent plenty of McDonalds (more so than I ever should) but the experience today at this particular McD's was really off. Generally, I like this location because they do not have a "Play Place" so there isn't an onslaught of loud, screaming kids and their anxious, stressed out parents. Came here with the hubby for a quick lunch and from the moment we walked in (to an almost empty restaurant) I could tell there were too many staff members with nothing to do. Ordered daily double meal and the cashier seemed bewildered when I asked for a large fries with the meal. Had to turn around and ask (I assume) the manager whether "fries came with a meal"? Huh? Look at the picture, it clearly has fries and a drink. Ok...get our meals and the fries look like mediums. When asked she said they were large. I hope this isn't the new trend the media has been talking about where McD's is shrinking the portion size in order to appear more nutritionally sound. Nope...I came to McD's, healthy isn't really what I came here for. There was another server working the self serve area--could care less that we were struggling to get ice out of the ice machine and that the cups for catsup were sticky and gross. Went to sit down and we could clearly hear the employees making fun of customers coming through the drive thru and one in particular that had to come back for a correct part of their meal. The implication between the employees was that they had deliberatly shorted this customer and knew he would either have to come back or "suck it up". Hmmm...and most of the employees who weren't laughing about customers were speaking Arabic and laughing at the few walk up customers. Shame on them. I will probably avoid this location for awhile, especially the drive thru.
